Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer service calls and correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures
Document correspondence and contacts in accordance with established procedures
Complete system updates in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience
Proficiency in data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
Knowledge of customer service techniques and child support policies
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
