Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions. Support community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
• Assist in training and developing team members leading by example and providing coaching and support to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs providing personalized styling recommendations and contributing to achieving sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of products to support customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations including opening and closing store manager on duty visual merchandising floor sets inventory management and adherence to company policies.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities proactively address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and support leadership in maintaining a meaningful customer experience.
• Navigate various communication settings across different levels of the organization adjusting messaging to fit diverse audiences.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help your store be successful.
