Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and design tailored therapy approaches to guide them toward achieving their personal functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and integrative care.
• Guide Patients and Families : Educate both patients and their caretakers on therapy methods to ensure ongoing support and progress outside the clinic.
• Monitor and Document Progress : Assess clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients on their recovery pathways remain focused and on track.
