POSITION SUMMARY : The Preschool Teacher at Rock Church & Academy's Early Education Center embodies a commitment to nurturing children and fostering strong family relationships while integrating Christian values into daily lessons. This full-time, twelve-month role focuses on implementing an age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with our school philosophy, emphasizing the holistic development of each child within a loving Christian environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement curriculum plans in collaboration with the director and fellow teachers.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment that complies with state licensing standards.
• Conduct daily activities that promote spiritual, educational, social, and emotional growth.
• Maintain constant supervision of children and ensure their health and safety at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and communication with families.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance Early Childhood Education knowledge.

Education & Experience :

Bachelors of Science degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or related field.
