Exciting Opportunity for Overnight Merchandisers at $18 / hour!

SPAR is expanding our team of overnight reset and remodel merchandisers! Join us as we transform the interiors of major retail outlets. This role involves working overnight, where you will build, assemble, and install shelving and fixtures. If you have experience in merchandising, installation, construction, or general labor, this position may be a perfect fit for you!

The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, highly motivated, and comfortable with tools, determined to achieve high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Projects will include category resets and fixture installation. With continuous work, when one project finishes, another begins!

What We Offer :

  • Must reside within 45 miles of Mattoon, IL

  • Shift hours : 10 PM - 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday

    • What You'll Do :

  • Remodel major retail stores overnight
  • Build and assemble retail shelving fixtures
  • Work with Plan-O-Grams on all approved items
  • Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
  • Engage in considerable physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

    • Qualifications :

  • Ability to stand for a minimum shift of 8 hours
  • Must be able to follow directions for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
  • Planogram experience is preferred
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts
  • Basic tool knowledge and usage capability
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Personal cell phone and valid email address required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Steel-toed footwear necessary on job site
