Utilize professional sales techniques : pitching prospecting objection handling cross-selling upselling and closing. Present tour and attraction pricing clearly and accurately. Process vouchers and e-tickets carefully. Communicate with dispatch regarding guest volume or any issues at your location. Ticket Sales Representative Ability to work independently while following established procedures. Strong sales skills with a track record of success. Excellent math skills and comfort handling money credit cards and receipts. Strong active-listening skills and professional communication. Ticket Sales Representative High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of a background check and substance-abuse screening. A genuine passion for helping people and making their San Antonio visit exceptional.
