Telephone Interviewer
Advance Services is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Telephone Interviewers. The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI) for public health and research projects. Secondary responsibilities may include assisting with training and supporting new interviewers. This position is on-site only; remote work is not available. This client is open six days per week. Interviewing activities occur in four-hour shifts typically scheduled as follows : Sunday : 12 p.m. 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. 8 p.m. MondayFriday : 9 a.m.-1 p.m., 1 p.m.5 p.m. and 5 p.m.9 p.m. Saturday : 10 a.m.2 p.m. and 2 p.m.6 p.m. Callers must work a minimum of three (3) four-hour shifts per week, including required evening and weekend shifts. Employees in this role will routinely use computers, telephony systems, and communication skills and may be required to learn new procedures as project requirements evolve. EOE #KL1
