Quality Improvement Analyst

A company is looking for an Associate Quality & Process Improvement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and report on call and quality performance for front-line staff

Evaluate and report on individual and team performance, making recommendations for improvement

Participate in internal and client call calibrations and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

2 to 4 years of equivalent job experience; quality monitoring experience preferred

Excellent Excel and general PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong customer service and quality background

Strong analytical skills
