Key Responsibilities

Write new business and manage large renewal commercial accounts to meet production goals

Provide direction and support to the underwriting team while coordinating loss control efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

2-4 years of experience in marine underwriting, focusing on recreational marine facilities

Experience in negotiating facultative reinsurance

Ability to track performance metrics against departmental goals

Experience in training and developing team members
