Job Title : Senior Tax Accountant

Location : Tulsa, OK / In Office

Compensation : $70,000 - $100,000 / Annually

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of the full tax return process, values a collaborative work environment, and wants a position that offers true work / life balance. The Senior Tax Accountant will work closely with leadership and play a key role in building and refining internal tax capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare complete federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and other entities-owning the entire return from start to finish.
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
• Manage tax planning, research, and communication of tax impacts to leadership.
• Respond to IRS or state inquiries as needed (CPA / EA preferred for direct communication).
• Assist in building internal processes as the company transitions tax work away from an outside firm.
• Collaborate with the accounting team and maintain strong working relationships across departments.
