Production Worker

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker - 1st Shift to join their team. As a Production Worker - 1st Shift, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing and packaging department supporting the production line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Worker - 1st Shift

**Location:** Wilmington, MA

**Pay Range:** $16.50/hour

**Shift:** Morning Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**What's the Job?**

+ Operate production and packaging equipment in a cold environment (approximately 30F)

+ Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process

+ Assist in the setup and cleanup of production lines

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

+ Support team members in meeting production goals and deadlines

**What's Needed?**

+ No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to work in a cold environment (approximately 30F)

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills

+ Flexibility to work a schedule that starts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM

+ Availability to work Monday through Friday
