Welder - Flux Core and / or Mig

We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Welders - Flux Core and / or Mig. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality work and contributing to our success. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Title : Welder - Flux Core and / or Mig

Location : Waco, TX

Pay Range : Typically between $23-$28 / hr

Shift : 2nd Shift (4pm to 2 : 30am Monday through Thursday), Weekend Shift (5am to 5 : 30pm Friday through Sunday)

What's the Job?

Perform welding tasks using Flux Core and / or Mig welding techniques.

Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 3 years of welding experience; 5 years preferred.

Proficiency in Flux Core and / or Mig welding.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including 2nd and weekend shifts.
