McCarthy Honda- Overland Park is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. We are looking for individuals who want to start or grow their career in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a fast paced environment, is very detail oriented, and enjoys interacting with employees and customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice posting


• Deposits


• Payable check processing


• Vehicle purchasing


• Process and reconcile statements


• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks


• Assist with other office functions

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail


• Strong communication skills


• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team


• Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
