Medium-sized law firm seeking a team member to coordinate and manage new client contacts and intake. This position requires a combination of marketing and administrative skills. The successful candidate will take incoming calls from potential new clients, answer questions regarding firm services, and coordinate connecting new clients with the appropriate paralegal or attorney.
The role demands maturity, accuracy, excellent people skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email. You will serve as the interface between the firm and new clients, so professional and empathetic interaction is essential. Clients call because they need solutions; the candidate must instill confidence that the firm can help or refer them appropriately.
Responsibilities include sending out intake documentation, following up on returns, and assisting paralegals and attorneys with property, heir, and asset searches. Flexibility and a can-do attitude are required"Not my job" is not part of our culture. Proficiency with Outlook, Adobe, and MS365 is expected. Bonus points for paralegal training, prior law office experience, and bilingual skills.
