Practitioner Education Representative

A company is looking for a Practitioner Education Representative I to join their Provider Relations department.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to educate contracted practitioners on compliance and conduct directory validations

Perform Access to Care Surveys and audits to ensure accuracy of practitioner information

Provide administrative support and participate in training and departmental meetings

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED certificate required

2 years of customer service experience required

Preferred experience in specialty health care or health care

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly word processing and spreadsheet applications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
