Development Director

A company is looking for a Development Director to lead fundraising and partnership strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with the organization's mission

Lead the proposal development process, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and deadlines

Cultivate relationships with various partners, enhancing donor engagement and support

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years in fundraising or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

B.A. or B.S. degree (or equivalent experience of 5 additional years)

Proven success in securing six-figure gifts and grants

Strong understanding of the philanthropic landscape and systemic change initiatives

Experience with CRM systems and donor databases
