  • HVAC Technician to do Maintenance / Service / Installation / Ductwork in Largo, FL.
  • The job is in Largo, FL and in the surrounding cities.
  • Must have 5 to 10 years of Residential HVAC experience.

    • Key Duties :

  • Service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the AC systems.
  • Conduct all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Perform routine HVACR service activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance.
  • Travel to job sites in a service area and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
  • Maintain good working order of company vehicles including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection forms.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Valid social security number.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • EPA Certification is required.
  • OSHA 10 certification, is preferred but not required.

    • Physical / Work Environment Requirements :

  • Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Be able to bend / stoop, squat / crouch, climb, kneel, and twist.
  • Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.

    • If you have experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC service issues and can work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done correctly the first time, we would love to hear from you.
