Job Description

We are looking for an amazing Intern, Social Media to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. Princess Cruises' social media team is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media intern to join our team for Summer 2025. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling. The intern will support the social media team in developing engaging content, monitoring trends, and enhancing the online presence of a world-renowned cruise line.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms.

• Source and curate user-generated content (UGC) to amplify our brand story.

• Support real-time social media monitoring and engagement, responding to comments and messages to foster community relationships.

• Research and identify trends, creative ideas to inform content planning.

• Collaborate with team members on social media campaigns, helping to brainstorm and execute innovative strategies.

• Create visually appealing graphics and captions that align with the Princess Cruises brand tone and style.

• Participate in content planning meetings and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the teams overall strategy.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.

• This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Companys schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday Thursday)
