GENERAL DESCRIPTION :

As a Public Health Nurse in Sheridan County youll be at the forefront of promoting health and preventing disease within your community. Public Health Nursing is a specialized field that goes beyond traditional patient careits about fostering wellness and resilience across this role youll work closely with individuals families and groups to identify health needs provide essential healthcare services and connect people with valuable health resources.

Qualifications

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wyoming.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education :

Associates Degree in Nursing

Experience :

0-2 years of progressive work experience in Nursing with acquired knowledge at the level of an LPN

Certificates Licenses Registrations :

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wyoming

OR

Education & Experience Substitution :

3-5 years of progressive work experience in Nursing with acquired knowledge at the level of an LPN

Certificates Licenses Registrations :

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wyoming

Necessary Special Requirements
