We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our lean, high-velocity team. You will build high-performance, resilient applications used daily by thousands of providers to improve healthcare outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

‣  Scale the Core :  Evolve our Micronaut / Groovy services to handle massive data surges.

‣  Own the Lifecycle :  Manage the platform end-to-end, from Terraform infra to GitLab CI / CD.

‣  Product Partnership :  Translate complex clinical needs into elegant technical solutions.

‣  Lead & Mentor :  Set the standard for code quality and architecture as we scale the team.

About You

What you need to be successful

✅  JVM Mastery :  Extensive experience with Java, Groovy, or Kotlin and building performant apps.

✅  Distributed Systems :  Proven success building high-volume, resilient JSON APIs.

✅  Modern Frameworks :  Expert-level familiarity with Spring Boot or Micronaut.

✅  Cloud Proficiency :  Hands-on with GCP (or AWS / Azure) and Docker / Kubernetes.

✅  Operational Ownership :  You write resilient code, anticipate edge cases, and ensure the team has the documentation and testing needed to move fast.

Bonus Points

➕ Experience with  Terraform  or Infrastructure as Code.

➕ Familiarity with healthcare standards like  FHIR, QHIN, or ADT .

➕  Startup Mentality :  You prefer "getting things done" over having a rigid role.
