Patient Coordinator

We are currently seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist for an established, state-of-the-art, busy, upbeat, family-oriented Oral Surgery practice serving Berkeley and Albany. Hours: M-F 8am-5pm.

Job Responsibilities:
Duties include but not limited to:

· Greeting and checking in patients; verifying patient demographics, collecting co-payments and updating insurances.

· Answering, screening, and routing phone calls in a professional manner.
· Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.

· Verifying insurance benefits

· Treatment coordinating

· Billing

· Oral Surgery/Dental experience preferred.
· Prompt, professional, self-motivated, hard work ethic, energetic, positive team players, have excellent organizational skills, and can work effectively and courteously with a wide variety of patients. However, we will train the right person with similar work experience
