We’re hiring a Bilingual Mortgage Processor (English / Spanish) in Dallas, TX to manage a high-volume loan pipeline. This role will handle 20–30 loans per month using Encompass, including refinances and down payment assistance programs. Responsibilities include entering and updating loan files in Encompass, coordinating appraisals, title, credit, and verifications, reviewing income and asset documentation, and working through loan conditions to ensure on-time closings. Strong communication in both English and Spanish is essential, as you’ll work closely with borrowers, loan officers, real estate agents, title partners, and program administrators. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and able to manage a full pipeline with minimal oversight while meeting deadlines and keeping files moving to close.

Requirements : Bilingual in Spanish

2-4 years experience in mortgage processing

Experience using Encompass software

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm
