Location : Florida- remote - EST time zone
Entry-level job duties include but not limited to :
Accurately process medical record requests, this includes fulfilling requests that ask for medical, billing, and / or images to be sent in pdf, DVD, or secure email for all assigned clients.Burn multiple CDs at one time using a desktop computer and laptopMonitor client queues and clear dailyIdentify and notify Lead if additional help is needed due to high volumeNotify Lead of any issues preventing processing, i.e. access issues, system speedCommunicate professionally with other teams to fulfill job dutiesReports directly to the POD LeadSend daily End of day screenshots to Lead and ManagerWork occasional overtime to assist as needed in overflow processing due to high volume issues and / or coverage issuesAbide by HIPAA guidelines while ensuring the confidentiality of PHIAttend all standups the team has each weekReport all hours worked accurately into ADPEnter stats accurately in self-report trackerQualities that the candidate for this position should include :
