Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated content related to employee training and instructional design
Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of workforce training practices
Develop prompts and assess AI responses for accuracy and clarity
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience as a Training and Development Specialist or in a related role
Experience in designing and delivering training programs using various instructional techniques
Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
Experience in developing training materials and coordinating training sessions
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
