[job_card.job_description]Review project data and ISO standards to determine kitting requirements Gather required components from customer supply, procurement, and inventory sources, including board fabrication materials Verify and kit components against the Kitting BOM, label packages per specifications, and record activity in Optel (Nala) Identify and resolve kit discrepancies by coordinating with customers or internal parts departments Inspect bare boards in accordance with IPC-600 standards and sampling plans Print and submit custom labels for peer review and approval when required Issue procured or stocked components to the appropriate work orders Release completed kits to assembly once all issues are resolved Monitor post-release material issues and resolve promptly Perform post-audit or restock materials after project completion as needed Assist with inventory cycle counts and purchase order receiving Support the packaging and shipping of completed assemblies Collaborate with IT to utilize software systems effectively Solid weekly pay dropped straight into your account Health coverage : medical, dental, vision, life, disability Optional 401(k) savings for down the road Employee discounts that cut costs outside of work

Be Ready To Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in a non-retail stockroom or controlled inventory environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of the kitting process and manufacturing floor preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new software systems and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to stand, move, and lift 25 pounds
