About the Position

ITS Logistics is expanding our Managed Solutions business and looking for a Manager of Managed Solutions to make an immediate impact. This role will drive daily operations, manage vendors, and align transportation, procurement, and fulfillment — while serving as the critical link between customer needs and internal teams. Based in our South Brokerage office in Fort Worth, TX and reporting to the President of Transportation, the Manager of Managed Solutions will play a foundational role in shaping the program and will have significant visibility and impact as we grow in this space.

Principle accountabilities

• Leads operational execution for one or multiple managed customers.
• Manages daily vendor relationships, including carriers, 3PLs, and warehouse partners.
• Oversees procurement processes, ensuring vendor compliance, cost competitiveness, and strong service levels.
• Leads contract execution, SOW compliance, and account onboarding.
• Acts as a "ground-level operator" - directly solving problems, escalating issues, and ensuring commitments to customers are met.
• Collaborates with Brokerage leadership and internal stakeholders to balance resource allocation across accounts.
• Trains and mentors operations team members in procurement and vendor management practices.
• Identifies process improvements and helps shape the foundation of the ITS Fulfillment Network.
• Partners with IT to enhance reporting, visibility, and performance metrics.
