Advancia Aeronautics is seeking a fully qualified LCSW to join the Human Performance Optimization (HPO) mission at Nellis AFB, NV, supporting the 88th Test and Evaluation Squadron (TES).

Position Summary :

As a key member of the Human Performance Optimization team, you’ll be a vital resource in enhancing human performance, improving mission effectiveness, and building resiliency among AFSPECWAR operators and aircrew members. This role is all about holistic care, addressing physical and mental health to help sustain combat power, decrease injury rates, and accelerate recovery times. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Behavioral Health Care Provider : Provide a full spectrum of social work services to enhance resiliency, mission success, and human performance for active-duty personnel.
• Clinical Evaluations : Conduct intake evaluations, psycho-diagnostic assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy to improve mental health and performance.
• Psychological Consultation & Training : Offer guidance and education to military leaders, medical staff, and other providers to promote overall health and wellness.
• Collaborative Case Management : Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to manage complex cases and ensure appropriate care.
• Human Performance Monitoring : Use validated symptom inventories and provide targeted education on mental health conditions and resiliency techniques.
• Mission Readiness Support : Track and report key metrics related to training, access to care, and overall performance, contributing to unit readiness.
• Acute Care : Provide immediate counseling services within the unit, while referring for more intensive care as needed.
