Security Officer - Overnight

As a Security Officer - Overnight in Menomonee Falls, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an automotive location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence throughout the area. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting visitors and staff, and providing outstanding customer service. Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor automotive production areas, parking lots, and other designated locations to observe and report any irregularities.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while supporting a secure environment within the automotive facility.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials and directing individuals as necessary.
  • Support emergency preparedness and response efforts according to site-specific protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
