Call Center Collector

A company is looking for a Call Center Collector.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers through inbound calls and outbound dialing

Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on repayment schedules

Perform collection activities in compliance with state and local laws

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum one year of experience in collections and / or customer service

Some knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practices

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

Proven time-management skills
