A company is looking for a Care Connector.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of integrated care management and utilization management programs
Process calls from members, providers, and other internal and external areas in a contact center environment
Provide educational materials and implement strategies to enhance healthcare adherence and reduce barriers to care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a healthcare environment required
Minimum of one (1) year of telephonic customer service experience required, preferably within a healthcare setting
Strongly prefer Medical Assistant, Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, or similar healthcare para-professional training or certification
Managed care experience preferred
