[job_card.job_description]$38hr -$40hr plus $2hr NOC shift incentive $300 sign-on bonus for qualified RNs Per Diem positions with flexible scheduling Weekly pay via direct deposit 100% employer-paid Medical (MEC Basic), Dental, Vision & Life Insurance (for qualified employees) Employer-matching 401(k) after eligibility Free CEU courses taught by certified instructors Employee Recognition Program Free Financial Wellness Program Loyalty Bonuses + up to $150 per successful referral Accrued paid sick time-up to 40 hours / year after 90 days Due to the nature of this case, LV Ns may be asked to attend a pre-hire shadow as a part of the hiring process Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. May be required to travel up to a 30 mile radius. Current LVN license in the state of California. 6mos to 1yr of LVN experience Experience with Tracheostomy care and G-Tube feedings is preferred Ability to provide critical care for patients with complex needs.
LVNs needed for Evening / NOC Shifts :
- 7pm-1am - Monday and Tuesday
- 7pm to midnight - Wednesday
- 3pm -11pm - Thursday and Friday
- 7pm- 11pm - Saturday
- 3pm-11pm - Sunday
