Operations Manager - Frizzle Chicken Café

Frizzle Chicken Café is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of our fun, fast-paced breakfast restaurant! This role helps ensure that everything runs smoothly from opening to closing while maintaining our standards of excellent guest service and team support.

Hours : This position can start as early as 5 : 30 AM and run until 3 : 00 PM .

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Open and close the restaurant, including counting cash drawers and ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Run and send daily reports to management
• Use Excel spreadsheets and other tracking tools for sales, inventory, and scheduling
• Drive locally to pick up cleaning supplies, make bank deposits, or handle other business errands (must have a reliable vehicle)
• Place and receive vendor orders, ensuring inventory and supplies are well-maintained
• Contact maintenance or service providers when repairs or issues arise
• Assist in the kitchen as needed to support staff, ensure food quality, and maintain efficiency during busy periods
• Support front-of-house operations, including hosting, seating, and menu knowledge
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment
