Item Processing Specialist

A company is looking for an Item Processing Specialist to support their Payment Services Department.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile various general ledgers and accounts

Respond to internal tickets and external inquiries via phone, email, and workflow tools

Process consumer loan transactions and assist with legal requests

Required Qualifications

1+ years of financial industry experience

1+ years of payment processing experience preferred

High attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work

High school diploma or GED preferred
