Senior Tax Accountant - Cheshire, CT

Responsibilities:

• Prepares property, sales/use, information and excise tax returns; federal, state and local corporate income tax filings; quarterly and annual federal, state and foreign tax provisions; quarterly federal, state and local estimated tax payments.
• Provides estimating teams with tax information for bids – sales and use, property, miscellaneous.
• Researches and responds to tax questions from field operations and corporate office personnel.
• Assists with the day-to-day administration of sales/use, property and excise tax audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of experience in tax accounting
