Position Overview:
Were looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our Nevada team and provide overnight care. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, youll play a vital role in supporting our clients independence and overall well-being, all within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to clients in accordance with their individual care plans
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote physical well-being
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as needed
• Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)
