Key Responsibilities
Establish strategy, processes, and measurement frameworks for the field marketing function
Collaborate with sales teams to create actionable field marketing plans based on segment priorities and revenue targets
Plan, execute, and measure various field marketing programs, including events and campaigns
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in a software / SaaS or technology company
Proven ability to build programs and processes from scratch in a startup or high-growth environment
Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams to support revenue goals
Bachelor's degree required
Strong project management and organizational skills
