About Early Careers

The Early Careers Program is a 13-week summer program designed to provide real-world work experience to students currently pursuing a degree in a related field to FlexGen.  This program will give students interested in a career in renewable energy and battery storage space hands-on exposure to FlexGen projects and mentorship from industry professionals.  Upon completion of the program, students will have gained the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful upon entering the professional world.

Position Description :

FlexGen is seeking a Corporate Strategy Intern to join our team for the Summer of 2026 as part of our Early Careers Program. As a Corporate Strategy Intern, you will play an integral role in analyzing market dynamics, evaluating financial opportunities, and researching strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to support FlexGen’s mission of driving innovation and enabling the energy transition.

Major Job Responsibilities :

• Analyze market dynamics and provide insights into industry trends.
• Conduct financial valuations of FlexGen and other market players to support strategic decision-making.
• Research and evaluate potential strategic growth opportunities.
• Work collaboratively across departments to support commercial, technology, financial, and innovation goals.
• Provide detailed research and recommendations to support long-term strategic planning.
