Skills needed to succeed include :
- Assist Service Manager with overseeing departmental staff members
- Multitask various job duties at one time
- Attention to detail, for warranty filings and job scheduling
- Good time-management skills for job completions
- Work with customers to ensure timely responses and completion of repairs.
