Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
