We are looking for an energetic, motivated Entry-Level Accountant who enjoys variety in their work. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting tasks, including preparing schedules and supporting monthly and quarterly close activities
- Support basic tax preparation and filings, working with internal and external teams as needed
- Perform corporate accounting functions, such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Help with cost allocation accounting, ensuring accurate tracking and distribution of expenses
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requests
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to gather information and answer questions
- Contribute to process improvements and help streamline accounting activities
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting experience or internship a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- Ability to stay approachable and professional under pressure
- Willingness to learn internal systems and tools
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good problem-solving abilities and curiosity to understand the “why” behind processes
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Flexible and eager to take on a variety of tasks
- Dependable and proactive in completing assignments
