A company is looking for an Early Phase Director of Business Development to focus on strategic relationship management and growth in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology space.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with sponsors and partners
Serve as a trusted advisor on Phase I trial strategies and operational models
Develop and execute regional growth plans prioritizing client retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Extensive experience with Phase I clinical trials
Strong knowledge of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships in a clinical research context
Expertise in contract negotiations and strategic account planning
