[job_card.job_description]Prepare and review financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets Ensure consistency and accuracy across all financial records Identify discrepancies, research issues, and proactively find solutions before escalating Work closely with management, CPAs, and tax professionals as needed Maintain organized documentation and follow established accounting best practices Support month-end and year-end close processes Proven experience as an Advanced Bookkeeper or similar role Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required) Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently Comfortable working with minimal supervision Naturally curious and resourceful; looks for answers before asking for help Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Positive, professional attitude with a team-oriented approach Clear and effective communication skills Adaptable and comfortable in a growing, evolving environment Opportunity to work with multiple businesses and complex financial structures High level of trust and autonomy in your work Collaborative and supportive team environment

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Bookkeeper to manage financials across multiple businesses and sets of books.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of their work.
The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident navigating accounting challenges independently while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage multiple sets of books for various business entities
- Perform accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping activities
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Required Qualifications
Experience managing multiple businesses or multiple sets of books
