Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Bookkeeper to manage financials across multiple businesses and sets of books.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage multiple sets of books for various business entities
- Perform accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping activities
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and review financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheetsEnsure consistency and accuracy across all financial recordsIdentify discrepancies, research issues, and proactively find solutions before escalatingWork closely with management, CPAs, and tax professionals as neededMaintain organized documentation and follow established accounting best practicesSupport month-end and year-end close processesRequired Qualifications
Proven experience as an Advanced Bookkeeper or similar roleStrong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)Experience managing multiple businesses or multiple sets of books
Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reportingHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independentlyComfortable working with minimal supervisionPreferred Traits & Soft Skills
