As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the site, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of surroundings.

Assist with access control and visitor management as needed for the location.

Document and report all security-related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
