As a Project Manager at Polly, you will lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations, driving cross-functional initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers and technology partners, ensuring successful adoption of Pollys solutions through meticulous planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

What youll do :

• Oversee multiple, concurrent enterprise SaaS implementation projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Pollys strategic vision.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, providing consultative guidance and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Develop and refine project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
