Salary :
Diamond Peak Homesis seeking aWarranty Specialistto join our team. This individual is responsible for managing post-construction warranty services for homeowners. This role ensures warranty requests are handled promptly, coordinates repairs with trade partners, maintains detailed records, and provides excellent customer service to support homeowner satisfaction throughout the warranty period.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty issues and service requests
- Explain builder warranty coverage, procedures, and responsibilities to homeowners
- Schedule and conduct warranty walkthroughs or inspections as needed
- Receive, evaluate, and validate homeowner warranty claims for eligibility based on builder standards and applicable home warranty guidelines
- Create work orders and coordinate repairs with subcontractors, trade partners, and internal service teams
- Follow up to ensure work is completed in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with construction managers, customer care teams, and trade partners to resolve warranty issues efficiently
- Communicate repair timelines and expectations clearly to homeowners
- Address escalations and assist in resolving disputes regarding warranty coverage
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, work performed, correspondence, and approvals
- Utilize warranty management or homebuilder CRM systems to track service requests and completion status
- Prepare reports on recurring issues, trade partner performance, and warranty trends
- Full use and understanding software and programs used by Diamond Peak Homes
