What You Will Do

Architect, design, and lead the development of complex, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.

Make high-impact technical decisions regarding technology stack, architecture patterns, and infrastructure.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Drive best practices in coding standards, testing (TDD / BDD), code reviews, CI / CD, and DevOps.

Own major features or entire products / modules from conception to deployment and operation.

Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to define requirements, roadmap, and technical strategy.

Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to improve the platform.

Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Contribute significantly to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Advocate for and implement modern software engineering principles and processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

7+ years of professional full-stack development experience, including significant leadership responsibility.

No work visa sponsorship.

Deep expertise in multiple frontend frameworks and advanced JavaScript / TypeScript concepts.

Deep expertise in multiple backend languages / frameworks and system design.

Proven experience designing and building large-scale, distributed systems and microservices.

Extensive experience with database architecture, design, and optimization (SQL & NoSQL).

Mastery of RESTful API design and potentially GraphQL, gRPC, React, Node.js, Python / Django, AWS, PostgreSQL.

Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code.

Proficient with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Expertise in CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Deep understanding of security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies (OWASP).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to mentor, coach, and influence other engineers.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience leading technical projects or small teams.

Contributions to open-source projects.

Experience with performance monitoring and observability tools.

Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation).
