Swim Lesson Instructor - Wilson

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Aquatics Director, the swim instructor provides excellent customer service while maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. The swim instructor creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with the Family Y of Greater Augusta policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 16 years of age
• YSLI or WSI certification preferred
• Previous swim lesson instructor experience preferred
• CPRo/BLS, First Aid, AED within 30 days
• Must complete successful background screening, which includes criminal and drug screening
