Position Summary

Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a range of analytical initiatives within the Data Operations and Technology team. The analyst will be responsible for researching eliciting analyzing validating and documenting business requirements ensuring they accurately represent stakeholder needs across multiple data projects.

This role involves translating business needs into system / application requirements contributing to functional specifications and partnering with project managers to track changes manage risks and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. The Senior Business Analyst will apply industry business and technical expertise to support solution design feasibility assessments implementations and process improvements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring strong domain and technical expertise including :

Knowledge of healthcare financing concepts and a broad understanding of the healthcare provider landscape.

Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships while managing scope and expectations.

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to present innovative (out-of-the-box) solutions.

Strong planning communication and change management capabilities.

Working knowledge of financial documents (e.g. audited financial statements) and financial analysis techniques.

Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas charts graphs) Tableau and other data visualization tools.

Exceptional attention to detail with solid interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as effectively in a team environment.
