In this role, you’ll own essential responsibilities that reinforce patient safety and recovery. You’ll perform comprehensive respiratory assessments, deliver prescribed therapies (nebulized medications, oxygen, aerosol treatments, and airway clearance techniques), manage ventilator support, and monitor patient responses with arterial blood gas analysis and pulse oximetry. You’ll participate in weaning protocols, optimize humidification and aerosol delivery, and ensure ventilator settings align with care plans.
