Summary of the Position:

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for unloading and receiving trucks at our main facility, transferring products and components between facilities, and keeping our warehouse organized on a day to day basis. You will report to our warehouse manager and help with special projects, like preparing for audits.

The Shipping Coordinator needs to be an excellent forklift driver and proficient with computers.

• Manually create packing list/manifest sheet
• Ability to work with other departments to coordinate & stage products leaving our facility
• Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Tracking shipments & resolving any delays or other issues that may arise
• Reach Truck & Pallet Jack experience is a must
• Assist with loading & unloading materials
• Document all bill of laidings (BOL's)
• Accurately cycle count inventory
• This position will be cross trained in other departments to assist in other departments when needed

This is a 40 hour per week position with standard daily shifts from 9:00am-6:00pm. Daily schedules are open to change and flexibility is required.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to Stand for Longer than 1 Hour
• Attention to Detail and Accuracy with Numbers
• Quick Learner
